Shipping Policy

This policy explains how TCG Portal handles smart vending machine shipping, delivery coordination, freight inspection, and damage reporting. Please review it before placing a machine deposit.

Order and Delivery Timeline

Vending machine orders are custom coordinated after the reservation deposit is placed. Final delivery timing depends on the selected machine, payment hardware, customization, quote approval, production availability, and freight scheduling. Most approved orders are estimated around 2 months after final order approval unless a different timeline is confirmed in writing.

TCG Portal will use the delivery ZIP code and order details you provide to review freight availability and shipping requirements. If additional information is needed, we may contact you before finalizing the quote.

Freight Shipping

Smart vending machines are shipped by freight or commercial carrier because of their size, weight, and handling requirements. Standard U.S. shipping is included after quote review unless the final quote states otherwise. Delivery may require a business address, loading access, appointment scheduling, liftgate service, or other freight services depending on the location.

Any special delivery service requested by the buyer, including missed appointments, redelivery, inside delivery, limited-access location fees, storage fees, or address changes after shipment, may create extra carrier charges.

Inspect Before Signing

Please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the carrier delivery receipt. Check the outside packaging, crate, pallet, screen area, cabinet corners, payment hardware area, and visible machine surfaces. If you see damage, write the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

If the freight appears seriously damaged, contact us before accepting delivery when possible. Photos of the packaging and machine are strongly recommended at the time of delivery.

Damage Reporting

Visible damage must be reported as soon as possible with photos, delivery paperwork, and a short description of what happened. If concealed damage is found after unpacking, contact TCG Portal within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help determine the next step.

Keep all packaging, pallet materials, crates, straps, and delivery paperwork until the issue is reviewed. Removing or discarding packaging too early can make freight claims harder to support.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery address, delivery ZIP code, access instructions, and receiving availability. Buyers own, stock, refill, operate, and maintain their machines after delivery unless a separate written service arrangement is made.

TCG Portal is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, carrier access issues, weather, customs delays, buyer-requested changes, or other carrier conditions outside our control.
